Places are offered to the applicants who are the most highly qualified in terms of intellectual growth and achievement, character, motivation and maturity. Grades, MCAT scores, recommendations and personal interviews are assessed. Of the 156 places in the class the majority are Colorado residents. Preference is also given to applicants from the Western states participating in the WICHE program.
