Preference is given to residents of North Dakota and to applicants certified by WICHE. Residents of Minnesota are considered on a limited basis. Enrolled members of federally recognized tribes, regardless of state of residency, may apply through the INMED Program. Applicants who will have completed an undergraduate degree and who are broadly educated in the sciences and humanities are preferred.
